All Michael J Krell apparel is designed, cut & sewn in-house, in Boone, IA by Colby Backous and two assistants. The business and procurement side of the operation is performed by Michael Krell in Omaha, NE. Many of the fabrics we use are milled in the United States and Canada. Our underwear and some of our other knits are made from 100% organic bamboo. Bamboo is softer than any cotton we have ever come across and has a very open weave which makes it more breathable than cotton. On top of that, bamboo is naturally anti-microbial. All of our garments are produced on a very small scale. If you see a garment you like that isn't in your size, contact us and we will tell you if you can expect more stock in that size.
